Czech based ERA is a member of the OMNIPOL Group. It is without a technology competitor and is therefore a globally unique passive tracking and reconnaissance system that is used to detect, locate, track and identify airborne, ground and naval targets. The VEGA NG system operates on the TDOA principle (time difference of arrival) and as a result has an exceptionally high level of location accuracy.

Unlike conventional radar, the VERA-NG system is completely invisible to the adversary, allowing for undetected effective use, in national air defence or military surveillance and intelligence gathering systems.

ERA also produces the Passive Long-range ESM Surveillance System (PLESS) which is a long-range system that uses reflections of radar signals from the troposphere to track targets far beyond the radio horizon.

The system is capable of effectively detecting, locating, tracking and identifying all land and naval targets deep in the enemy's rear or in territorial waters several hundred kilometres away.

One of OMNIPOL's key business's focuses on the modernization of civil and military airports, installing airport radars, guidance and meteorological systems and other equipment from world leading manufacturers and according to customer requirements.

ERA, an OMNIPOL daughter company, develops ATM systems for monitoring and tracking of aircraft and airport vehicles for air traffic management and airspace control purposes, combining multilateration and ADS-B technologies.

Without communication, there is no command.The MESIT, third generation of RF40 radio systems provides safe and reliable communications in difficult conditions. Intercoms and headsets ensure clear and intelligible communication in even the noisiest environments.
