What is New in the Group?

OMNIPOL Group is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a new L 410 NG turboprop aircraft to Aerocardal, a leading aviation company operating in Chile. The “Four-Ten,” designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic, will enhance Aerocardal’s operational capacities in charter flights, cargo transport, and air rescue services.

October 23rd, 2024 - The prestigious Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) began Las Vegas, which will include the participation of, the Czech based Omnipol Group, through it’s daughter company Aircraft Industries, with the  high wing turboprop aircraft the L410NG.

October 22nd 2024 - The OMNIPOL Group of companies is celebrating it’s ninety-year anniversary today. It’s roots go back to 1934, when the OMNIPOL trading company, a division of Pilsen Škoda, was founded in Czechoslovakia.

October 16th, 2024 – The training and light attack aircraft produced by Omnipol partner company AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE will fly under the new name L-39 Skyfox. The name draws inspiration from, the long-standing tradition of successful Czechoslovak aircraft such as the L-29 Delfín and L-39 Albatros. OMNIPOL has been the strategic partner of the project since 2015 and a minority owner of the entire company since 2021.

October 16th 2024 - OMNIPOL is a partner of the Future Air Force Conference, which is taking place in Prague, for the second time, from the 15th to 18th of October. At this year’s event, the Omnipol Group will showcase, the current state of the Czech Aviation Industry. Focusing on, the most modern aircraft such as, the L 410 NG produced in the Czech Republic, by the Omnipol daughter company Aircraft Industries. Together with the L-39NG produced by AERO Vodochody, where Omnipol is the strategic partner.

African Aerospace and Defense Exhibition, which ran from the 18th to the 22nd of September, is now behind us. The Omnipol Group, presented a range of products from it’s portfolio, with priority being given to the L410NG Aircraft from it’s Czech daughter company Aircraft Industries. The L410NG turboprop, all metal high wing aircraft was available for viewing by both delegations of experts and the general public, at both the Omnipol Stand and at the Exhibition Airport.

September the 18th – The OMNIPOL Group and it’s daughter company Aircraft Industries are participating in the Africa Aerospace and Defense EXPO in South Africa from  the 18th to the 22nd of September. Both professionals and the general public will be presented with a comprehensive portfolio of Omnipol Group products. The main focus, being on the turboprop, all-metal high-wing arcraft L 410 NG. The aircraft is available for visitors to see both at the Omnipol Stand and also at the exhibition airport.

16th August 2024 – With the support of specialists from the Czech company AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE, OMNIPOL delivered the first six L-39NG training jets to the Air Force of Vietnam.

After the tragic accident in Brazil, the expedition was slowly preparing to go home. They had a few last performances left in the capital of Uruguay – Montevideo, then they were heading to Prague.

August 1, 2024. Two L 410 UVP-E20 aircraft from, our Czech daughter company Aircraft Industries, in the MPA version are heading to Poland, where they will fly in the colors of the Polish Border Guard.

There was a tragic accident in São Paulo in which the experienced pilot of the Z 226 Trainer Josef Krejza died. He misjudged the height, the pressure conditions betrayed him, and therefore he crashed while performing one of the acrobatic elements.

Although the first leg of the trip went smoothly, the expedition ran into trouble after arriving in Buenos Aires. We were running out of money, didn't get visas and was also troubled by floods.
