Strategic Reasons Behind the Formation of the Holding
The primary impetus for creating the holding structure was the dynamic growth of the individual companies’ activities.
“The scale of our operations no longer allowed us to function as standalone firms on the market. Therefore, we are integrating them into the OMNIPOL Group holding, which will provide an umbrella for all companies,” explains the owner of the group, Richard Háva.
The holding remains fully owned by the Háva family, which has long been committed to ensuring the stability, preservation, and expansion of the Czech aviation industry.
New Leadership and Development of High‑Tech Technologies
Artem Movsesyan is taking over as Group CEO and Chairman of the Board of OMNIPOL Group. Until now, he served as Vice President for Sales at OMNIPOL and played a key role in major strategic projects, including the acquisition and subsequent stabilization of Aircraft Industries.
The Group is strengthening not only strategically but also in terms of personnel. A number of new talented experts are joining the holding, contributing to the development of all companies — from brand-building to advancing technological innovation across the existing and new product portfolio, as well as future acquisitions.
Financial Stability and Economic Results
OMNIPOL Group enters a new era with excellent economic results for the year 2025. According to preliminary data, the holding achieved:
- Revenue of CZK 15 billion
- EBITDA operating profit of approximately CZK 3 billion
“The new structure allows us to better coordinate our projects, accelerate internal processes, and utilize know‑how more efficiently across the entire Group,” adds Artem Movsesyan regarding the holding’s current performance.
The formation of the Group thus creates a stable framework for further development of high‑tech technologies and the strengthening of investment capacities.
