OMNIPOL Group delivers two L 410 NG aircraft to Thailand

Last week, we handed over another L 410 NG aircraft to Senegal at Aircraft Industries. The ceremony was led by the Minister of Land and Air Transport, Yankhoba Diémé, alongside Air Force General Joseph Mamadou Diop and other members of the Senegalese delegation.
The new aircraft is part of an order for five modern turboprop aircraft designed for operations in demanding conditions and remote areas. Two aircraft have already been delivered, and the fifth is currently being completed in Kunovice.
During the visit, Minister Diémé not only took part in the acceptance of the aircraft but also toured the production facilities, participated in a test flight, and met with Senegalese mechanics currently undergoing professional training at Aircraft Industries. At present, 12 mechanics are being trained in Kunovice, while additional pilots and technicians are preparing for the next phase of their training program.
The Minister expressed his appreciation for the long-term cooperation with Aircraft Industries and emphasized the importance of this partnership for the development of air transport in Senegal.
