OMNIPOL at the exhibition in Ethiopia

We were visited, at our stand, at the start of this Expo, by several very distinguished guests. This included the spokesman for the Ethiopian House of Assembly, Tagesse Chafo. 

The OMNIPOL Group, including our Czech daughter companies ERA, MESIT, Aircraft Industries, plus our Czech partner company Aero Vodochody, are all led in Ethiopia by Petr Holoubek, Omnipol Group Deputy Commercial Director. He is supported, at the Expo by, Přemysl Ryba, a representative of the sales team of our daughter company Aircraft Industries.

Alongside us, 95 other companies and groups, as well as 34 governmental institutions, are present at this Expo.

OMNIPOL has a long-standing relationship with Ethiopia; for example, we provide the modernization of Czech produced, L-39 trainer aircraft and the supply of flight simulators. 

Moreover, in recent weeks, our President, Jiří Podpěra, visited Ethiopia, as part of the business delegation led by Prime Minister Petr Fiala. Subsequently, the top executives of Omnipol met with the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Defense Minister Abraham Belay, during their recent visit to the Czech Republic.
